Future Plans
The Civil Engineering Department proposes to initiate a center of excellence in the areas of Geotextile Application, Environmental Health, Traffic and Transportation Planning, Earthquake Engineering, Geology, Geographic Information System (GIS) & Remote Sensing. It is also planned to develop an Earthquake Engineering Laboratory to undertake research and related consultancy projects.
